FRANKIE ROSE CONSULTING
Welcome!
Hello! I am Fran Manocchio. My mission is to broaden access, equity, and opportunity within higher education, one student and family at a time.
I recently retired from Worcester State University in Worcester, MA where I served as Director of Student Accessibility Services and an Assistant Dean of Student Affairs for 13 years. In that role, I determined eligibility for accommodations for thousands of students, educated and supported parents and guardians in their changing role; collaborated with faculty and administrators campus-wide, and developed policies and procedures for the University. As an expert in the field of accommodations for disabled students, I have the firsthand knowledge and experience to provide clear direction, support and guidance.

Prior to my role at Worcester State University, I served for seven years as the Director of Human Rights and Disabilities for the City of Worcester, MA. Through this position, I developed expertise in the area of civil rights legislation, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the rights of disabled people.
The depth of knowledge I gained through my professional career will benefit you
and your student as you prepare for the exciting, and sometimes daunting, journey of pursuing a college education.
I earned a Bachelor degree in psychology and sociology cum laude from Merrimack College and a Master’s degree and CAGS (Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies) in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College.
